Thinking Too Much?

Fed up with repetitive thoughts and procrastination? Are you lacking in motivation and focus? Overthinking can lead to stress, anxiety and tiredness.

Try three things to help:

Break out of the neurosis. Don't think. Just do it! (as NIKE says)

Break your stagnation by exercising for at least 15 minutes every day. Even if it is just a walk.

Break out of your routine and do something different. Meet a friend, go to nature, do some art or crafts, go to the cinema. Just do something.
